Whistleblower hotline

At APA, we are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency. We encourage our employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to report any concerns or suspicions of wrongdoing (‘Reportable Conduct’) within our organisation.

What is Reportable Conduct?

Reportable Conduct includes any behaviour that violates our Code of Conduct, policies, or applicable laws. This may involve, but is not limited to:

  • Fraud, theft, or corruption
  • Breaches of safety regulations
  • Environmental violations
  • Misuse of company assets
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • How to report a concern

If you have a concern or have witnessed potential misconduct, you can report it through our confidential Whistleblower Hotline:

Your rights and protections

We understand that reporting concerns can be difficult. APA is committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation and ensuring that all reports are treated confidentially.

You have the right to:

  • Remain anonymous
  • Report without fear of reprisal
  • Have your report investigated thoroughly and fairly

Our commitment

APA takes all reports of Reportable Conduct seriously. We will investigate every report thoroughly and take appropriate action to address any wrongdoing. Our goal is to create a workplace where everyone feels safe and empowered to speak up about their concerns.
