Securing Australia's energy future

APA is a leading energy infrastructure business with a portfolio of more than $26 billion of gas, electricity and renewable assets.

APA Group

APA is a leading energy infrastructure business with a portfolio of more than $26 billion of gas, electricity and renewable assets. As Australia's energy infrastructure partner, we transport nearly half of the nation's gas and connect Victoria with South Australia, Tasmania with Victoria and New South Wales with Queensland through our investments in electricity infrastructure assets. We also own and operate power generation assets, including gas powered, wind and solar assets across the country and are exploring the fuels of the future like hydrogen.
The largest company you’ve never heard of...

We work behind the scenes to keep the lights on, homes warm, and industries humming. As Australia's energy infrastructure partner, we're part of the fabric of Australia, ensuring everyone has the energy they need, when they need it.

Our unique experience and expertise position us to play a leading role in Australia’s energy transition. We will do this by supporting the accelerated phase out of high emissions coal and diesel generation, investing in renewables and electricity transmission projects, and utilising domestic gas and storage solutions like batteries and hydro to firm the renewables. As part of this, we partner with our customers to deliver solutions that support their climate ambitions, and at the same time work to decarbonise our own operations.

We're a team of experts who are passionate about what we do. We're innovative, customer-focused, and always looking for ways to improve. We're also proud to be part of the communities we serve, supporting local initiatives and working with First Nations groups.

It's a big job, but we're up for the challenge. Together, we're securing Australia's energy future.
